Super easy vegan pancakes
Mix together:
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp saltBlend:
- 1 overripe banana
- 1 1/2 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp of vanillaMix wet ingredients with dry ingredients and cook those pancakes :)
I had mine topped with strawberries, crushed walnuts and maple syrup!
